Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange is only available at our Crocs Concept stores and selected partner stores (Crocs Partner Store Cleveland - QLD, The Crocs Shop Hobart - TAS)
  2. Exchange is not allowed at Crocs outlets and other retailers (eg. department stores)
  3. Items must be in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
  4. Exchange within 45 days from purchase date.
  5. You must show order confirmation email to Crocs staff at the time of exchange.
  6. Clearance and online exclusive items cannot be exchanged.
  7. We can only exchange items available at the store you visit.

    You can exchange to a new color or style
  8. No refund or partial refund – even if new item is cheaper.*
  9. You have to top up price difference if new item is more expensive.*
  10. *only online purchase price will be considered.

Retail stores do not accept returns for online purchases.
